New Auction Results Page, Mobile Usability & Smarter Charts

New
  • Auction Results page is here — real sold prices from the Moda Watch Club group auctions, searchable by reference, model, brand, year, or dial, with full details (condition, completeness, bracelet, and more) one tap away
  • Auctions that are still running are listed too — they show an 'In progress' status until a final sale price is recorded, and price sorting keeps them at the end so final sale prices stay front and center
  • Catalog shows a notice while market prices are updating, and a clear warning if live pricing is temporarily unavailable
  • Sort control is now available directly on the catalog on mobile — no need to open the Filters panel to change sorting
Improved
  • Market Performance chart no longer shows empty when a time range has no recent listings — it automatically widens to the nearest range with data and tells you what it did
  • Chart footnote now explains which year's listings the data is based on
  • Biggest Movers on the Stats page now surfaces up to 10 movers instead of stopping early when market activity is thin
  • Market info tooltip on watch cards now works on phones — tap the 'i' to see how many listings back the price
  • Larger, easier-to-read text for references, specs, and price changes on mobile
  • Mobile filter panel polish: background no longer scrolls behind it, and it closes with the Escape key
  • What's New notification dot now also appears in the account menu on mobile
  • Keyboard navigation refinements across catalog cards
Fixed
  • Tablets between phone and desktop sizes no longer get a mismatched catalog layout
  • Listings that mention a complete set now correctly display the green 'Complete' badge on watch detail pages
Data
  • Batman and Batgirl GMT listings now automatically record the correct bracelet (Oyster for Batman, Jubilee for Batgirl)
  • Box and papers details are detected from listings far more reliably
  • Corrected bracelet naming across 27 Audemars Piguet alligator strap references

Account Page Redesign, Site-Wide Visual Refresh, & Navigation Polish

New
  • Account page redesigned with a two-column layout — Tools on the left (Appraisals + Serial Check), Account info on the right (name, email, plan, 2FA, manage subscription) — all read-only and quick-action items collapsed into a compact, clean sidebar
  • Serial Check moved from the top nav into the Account page Tools section — easier to find alongside Appraisals and gives the tool a permanent home in the dashboard
  • Back buttons added to every subscriber-facing page — Stats, My Catalog, What's New, Account, Appraisals, Registry — each with a destination-specific label so it's always clear where you'll land
  • Account dropdown menu redesigned from the ground up. Added a dark glassmorphism look matching the rest of the site, emerald Active pill with a glowing dot, larger Cormorant serif name, monospace email, and cleaner sign-out / navigation links
Improved
  • Site-wide visual unification — every page now uses the same emerald-tinted background gradient, consistent card vocabulary (translucent dark backgrounds, brighter borders), and brighter text colors across labels, descriptions, and secondary content for noticeably better readability
  • Emerald gradient dividers added consistently across all pages — below the site header (every page), below page headings, between content sections, and around the catalog filter bar — gives the whole product a unified rhythm
  • My Catalog watch cards redesigned. Dial / Bracelet / Index now display as a clean three-column grid with monospace labels above white values, matching the price box treatment for a cohesive look
  • Main catalog search bar more prominent. Added brighter borders, full-white text, hover state that lights up emerald, and a subtle focus glow
  • Filter bar's off-color pale-green focus state corrected to the proper emerald hue used everywhere else on the site
  • What's New entries now display as discrete cards with emerald gradient separators between releases. Makes it easier to scan and visually distinguish
  • Stats page section titles (Biggest Movers, Most Listed, Collection Breakdown) now pop in emerald green so they read as section identities rather than blending in
  • Serial Check (Registry) page brightened throughout. Added translucent card backgrounds, lighter borders, and brighter text replace the previously very dark treatment
  • Account page subtitle text, label colors, and supporting information lightened for better contrast against the dark background

Appraisals Tool & Subscription Billing Fixes

New
  • Appraisals tool added — subscribers can generate a customer-facing link to collect watch details, set an appraised value, and produce a print-ready appraisal certificate. Available from a new section on the Account page
  • Customer-facing appraisal form is unbranded and accessible to anyone with the link — no MODA-lytics account required for the customer to submit their watch details
  • Subscriber appraisal dashboard with status tabs (pending / submitted / completed), one-click share link copy, and per-appraisal status badges
  • Print-ready appraisal certificates fit cleanly onto a single Letter-size page with a formal two-column layout — watch description on the left, condition/inclusions/valuation on the right, signature below
  • Business logo upload — subscribers can upload a PNG/JPG/WebP image (auto-resized client-side to ~600px) that replaces the text logo at the top of every certificate
  • Business info auto-fill — after completing your first appraisal, every subsequent appraisal pre-fills business name, contact info, appraiser name, certificate prefix, and logo from your most recent completed appraisal
  • Save as PDF on certificate page generates a PDF via the browser's native print-to-PDF flow with site nav, footer, and toolbar cleanly excluded from the printed output
Improved
  • Subscription auto-renewal — Renewal payments now correctly extend your subscription's end date instead of silently lapsing
  • The subscribe page shows a 'Confirming payment...' state immediately after checkout, then transitions to active once the charge is confirmed
Fixed
  • Subscription billing — Square subscription duplicate-charge bug fixed. Protects against double-clicks, network retries, and slow function timeouts

Catalog Memory, Stats Page Refinements & Site Polish

New

  • Vacheron Constantin and Cartier added to Serial Check at $175 per check
Improved
  • Catalog filters and scroll position now persist when navigating to a watch detail page and back — hard refreshing the catalog or opening a new tab still starts fresh
  • Most Listed sort on the Stats page and catalog now uses true total listings across all year variants and configurations of each reference
  • Removed misleading all-config average price from Most Listed cards on the Stats page — averaging across every year and configuration produced numbers that didn't represent any actual buyable price
  • Landing page market chart is now a scatter plot, matching the chart style on watch detail pages
  • Color contrast improvements and green-tinted background extended to landing page, About, Privacy, and Terms pages for consistency with the rest of the site
  • Removed redundant bottom call-to-action section on the About page
  • Subtle visual refinements to Serial Check — darker card backgrounds and champagne accents on form labels and primary buttons
  • Rolex Serial Check temporarily marked 'Currently Unavailable'
Fixed
  • Sign-out from a watch detail page no longer triggers the 'Something went wrong' error screen
  • Sign-out now redirects to the home page instead of the login page

Stats Page, Scatter Plot Chart & Visual Improvements

New
  • Stats page added — subscriber-only market overview showing biggest movers, most listed references, and collection breakdown by model
  • Market Performance chart on watch detail pages is now a scatter plot — each dot represents an individual listing, color coded by condition
  • Stats page Most Listed section has a 7D / 30D toggle to switch between time ranges
Improved
  • Biggest Movers compares the last 7 days against a 30-day baseline rather than just the prior week to provide a more stable comparison and avoid week-over-week volatility
  • Market Direction percentage now compares two fully completed calendar weeks rather than an incomplete current week against the prior week
  • Collection breakdown on Stats page now correctly categorizes all references with zero falling into 'Other'
  • Color contrast improved across all pages — dark grey text on dark backgrounds has been lightened for readability
  • Subtle green-tinted background applied across all pages
  • Price outlier cleanup — listings priced more than 100% above average were removed, followed by a 40% threshold cleanup pass
  • Most Listed and Least Listed sort now correctly totals listings across all year variants of a configuration
